EM-02 reinforcing agent

1. It can significantly promote the round-pressing strength and inter-layer binding force of paper
2. Capable of promoting the glass resistance and rigidity of the paper.
3.It is a water soluble amphoteric resin with strong interference resisting ability.
4. Particularly applicable to waste pulp. 5. It is convenient for use with direct water dilution. The water can be added into the pulp or be added continuously.

1.It has optimum effects at pH values of 5-6 (acidic to basic).
2.一Generally 5-30 tons per drying paste reinforcing agent (liquid).
3. Capable of being used with various auxiliaries.
4.Added at high-position boxes or flowing paste boxes, it has reinforcing, retention aiding and effect increasing effects, but it should be diluted 10-15 times with clean water before being evenly added.

EM-1 Neutral/Basic Sizing Agent

This product is applicable to various stationery paper, cardboard, news paper, fruit bag paper as well as various packaging paper that need to be sized. The sizing can be conducted at a large range of pH with the applicable pH range of 6.5-8.5. Calcium carbonate filling can be used and it can substitute traditional rosin size and AKD neutral size.

Use Effects: This product is neutral, and it can strengthen papermaking strength, decrease powder and fuzz losing, improve printing performance, increase fiber and filling retention rate, decrease pulp consumption and promote paper quality. Most significantly, it can be retained easily with the strong retention aiding effect and decrease equipment corrosion and prolong papermaking machines' serviceable life. Moreover, it can greatly decrease the foams produced in cardboard production and has better indexes on the paper surface than those of the traditional neutral sizing.

EM-101 Cypres

It can offer excellent water resistance. It can be used in the coating of white cardboard paper, carton paper & art paper., the surface water adsorption is not more than 50%, thus it can be the substitute of sizing agent in rosin and AKD paste. 　　
It is non-toxic matter, it can be used in the food packing paper. 　 This surface sizing agent can work with anion and non-ion auxiliaries, direct dyes and optical brightener. It the normal dose, this product doesn't low the surface tension of liquid and produce foams.
